You can order the product you have chosen:

We can not take responsibility for spelling mistakes or falsely given data.

Prices

Prices include VAT.

The delivery prices are calculated according to the address, and time of delivery. At some major floral holydays, such as Valentines day and Mothers day and Wonen's day, prices will be higher than usual. We can not guarantee lower prices for long time pre placed orders for these holydays.

Products

Some Products, Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous, please do not eat the flowers or greenery. We do not take any responsibility.

All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value , caracter and quality without notice. However in most cases, if there is enough time, we consult you and offer varieties.

In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. Because the vunerability and sensitivity, floral and glass products are not returnable. We always do our best to offer best quality fresh flowers. Before the delivery, we take a picture, to show you the quality of the product.We send these pictures in email, within 24 hours. (On very busy days, it could take 48 hours.) We deliver the products in perfect shape. The recipient acknowledges this when signing the delivery sheet.

To every bouquet we attach a sachet of flower food as a gift, an elegant message card, and small chocolates.

Time of delivery

We complete pre ordered deliveries between 7:00 - 20:45! We accept on-day deliveries from 8 until 19:15 (15:15 on Saturdays)! After 19:15, you can only place an order for the next day.

We can deliver a fast product within 2 hours! (to Budapest) Our slow products need to be ordered at least two days in advance to delivery. Some products may take more time to make, which could cause a slight delay.

On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date. If the product is not available for the chosen date, we will consult you for a new delivery date, or give you a refund.

It is possible to select a preferred delivery time within the order process. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered at the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least one working day prior to the preferred delivery time. We can not take responsibility for bad weather conditions, traffic problems, etc.

There is an additional fee for early morning, night time (1000 HUF) and weekend (500 HUF) delivery. (Except mother's day, women's day and Valentine's day)

Order

During order you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

By clicking on the "complete order" button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.

Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you. If we can not accept your order we will send an email as soon as possible, and give you a price refund. In case of refund. the customer must bear the transaction costs. We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

We can only deliver orders that have been payed.

Delivery

We always deliver by car! (Bouquets can not be delivered by motorcycles.)

Our delivery service is only within Budapest and surrounding area. Other shippings to Hungary should be consulted for a delivery price calculation.

Anomalies in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we can not accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form. We will say it is a post package we would like to hand over.

On Valentine's day, Women's day and Mother's day we can only accept deliveries to the nearby cities, which you can find in our list.

Cancellation

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase. Please also make photo documentation.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Online Site and/or the Online Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Online Site and/or the Online Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Online Site and/or the Online Service impossible or impractical.

We accept liability arising from our negligence limited to the price you have paid for the Products.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions.

We do not do profiling activities. We do not use user data for any marketing or market research purposes. We can send reminder emials around the date of your order each year for 4 years.

8. Persons having access to personal data

The Data Manager's own employees have access to the data during the delivery of the ordered product and service. No third party will receive any data from us.

The Data Manager web site www.szirom.hu contains simple links to Facebook, YouTube and g+. In such a case, only the data is transmitted to the said social media operators when a click is clicked on that icon (eg, for Facebook, on the "f" icon). When you click on that icon, the social media user's page opens in the popup window. On these pages, you may publish information about our products in accordance with the rules of the respective social media operator.

11. Data security measures

The Data Controller shall ensure the security of the data, take the technical and organizational measures and establish the procedural rules that ensure that the recorded, stored or managed data is protected or preventing their destruction, unauthorized use and unauthorized alteration. 12. Informing the stakeholders
