How to order

Order fast and easy!

choose a product → throw it in the shopping cart → fill out the details, and send the order → and we will deliver fast.

You can order the product you have chosen:

• online, by putting the product in the basket (shopping cart).
• calling 0036 70 506 4442 (between 08-21h).
• By sending us an e-mail to: (we answer between 08-21h).

We are fast!

We can deliver a bouquet within 2 hours! (that is to Budapest)!
We complete deliveries between 7:00 - 20:45!
(Exception: to deliver some of the wreaths and pot plants, we need a few days.)
We accept on-day deliveries until 19:15 .

How to shop online?

• Put the chosen product in the basket (shopping cart).
• You can view the contents of the basket, and add more products, or delete. If you are satisfied with the contents, click "next" for delivery details.
• Delivery details can be filled out easily. When everything is filled out, click "next, final overview of order" on the last page. If you need to change something, you can always go back If you are satisfied with the order, click "send order".
• An automatic email will be sent to you, that we received your order request.
  The details of the flower delivery will be in the email. If you see any mistakes you have made in the data, please write an email to .

Processing your order

• Our colleagues will check the orders (between 8-21h Hungarian local time GMT+1) and contact you if anything is missing If the chosen product is not available, we will offer an alternative, or send your money back (in case you have already paid).
• You can see the payment methods below. We can only fulfill orders that have been payed. We send you an email after the succesfull payment.
  In most cases we order the materials for your product exclusively, so you may only cancel until 48 hours before the delivery.

Steps of flower delivery

• We receive your order request
• You complete the payment
• We make the bouquet
• The courier delivers the bouquet with car. We will contact you if any problems accure.
• We send you a confirmation of delivery
• We send you a picture of the bouquet(an email, within 24 hours after the delivery)
• We send the invoice by email

Delivery

• We always deliver by car! (Bouquets can not be delivered by motorcycles.)
• There is an additional fee for early morning (1000 HUF) and weekend (500 HUF) delivery. (Except mother's day, women's day and Valentine's day)
• Delivery fees in Budapest (Monday - Sunday 8:00-20:45): 2950 HUF
• There is an extra express delivery fee for the earliest time intervals: 650 HUF
• There is an extra distance fee for the furthest districts (16-23): 2100 HUF
